Looking for places to stay in and around Sochi? Various types of accommodation are available, from apartments and soviet type hotels to modern sanatoriums and high-class hotels.

Apartments - there are many different apartments for rent in Sochi. From $20 to $80 depending on it's location, size, condition. The expensive ones have modern kitchen equipment, video, TV, air conditioning etc. The price also depends on time of the year. July and August are the most expensive months, in winter and spring the prices are the lowest. In the summer you will have to pay per day in low season these apartments are usually rented for months and so the price would be about $200-$400 a month. (please note that you will need to get a registration if you stay in an apartment. You can get it at the local police station or to avoid queues and paperwork just get a registration from the cheapest hotel).

Vacation House for Journalists

Located in the center of Sochi not far from the railway station and the sea port. It was built in 1997. Several rooms belong to the Printing House of Sochi. The press-center of the city administration and Foreign office Sochi department have there offices here too.
Accommodates up to 22 individuals at once: two double-room suites, five rooms for two persons and five single rooms.
The rooms have no phones and there is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel but there is a good cafe nearby. The rooms are good for this price with air conditioning, fridge,TV and shower. The price is about $22 for a single room,

Hotel Valentine

Located in the center of Sochi not far from the Winter Theatre and the Arboretum (Dendrariy) park. It was built in 2000. Has double-room suites, rooms for two persons and single rooms.
All rooms have a TV, phone, bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast provided. There is a restaurant in the basement and a popular cafe "Salvador Dally" on the ground floor. The price is about $50-60 for a single room.

Hotel "Moskva" is situated in the center of town, not far from the sea port and Sochi railway station.
